  • Robert Vadra: DLF- Haryana govt links alleged by Kejriwal sub-judice in SC

New Delhi: The Supreme Court had stayed the land acquisition quoted by India Against Corruption member Arvind Kejriwal to attack Robert Vadra. The question is if this makes Kejriwal's accusations less factual. "It is not about what is applicable. The fact is that the High Court judges thought that the case is to say that the Haryana Government has shown favouritism and the opinion of those judges is valid and it is still a public domain document which we can accept. It is a matter that as you have said is still sub-judice but the opinion of the judge of Punjab and Haryana shows a clear collusion has been seen," IAC member Preeti Menon said.

  • Indian scientist discovers giant super-massive black holes

London, Oct 9: Cambridge researchers, led by an Indian-origin scientist, have discovered a new population of enormous, rapidly growing super-massive black holes ever seen in the early Universe.
The black holes were previously undetected because they sit cocooned within thick layers of dust.

The new study that used cutting-edge infrared surveys of the sky has shown that they are emitting vast amounts of radiation through violent interactions with their host galaxies.

The study findings are published in the journal of the Royal Astronomical Society.

The most extreme object in the study is a super-massive black hole called ULASJ1234
