Yuvraj Singh has said his first game for India after his battle with cancer was "a big emotional moment." He bowled two overs for 14 runs, took a catch, and scored 34 runs off 26 balls in the second Twenty20 international against New Zealand in Chennai. However, Yuvraj was dismissed in the final over of the chase and India lost by one run.
"There are mixed emotions," Yuvraj said after the game. "We lost a game that we should have won, but for me personally it was a big emotional moment to get on the field. I had tears in my eyes when we were fielding, luckily the cameras did not catch it. I think I am timing the ball well and it can only get better from here."

WASHINGTON/JERUSALEM: In a highly unusual rebuff to a close ally as tensions escalated over how to deal with Iran's nuclear program, the White House said on Tuesday President Barack Obama would not meet Benjamin Netanyahu during the Israeli prime minister's US visit later this month.
The apparent snub, coupled with Netanyahu's sharpened demands for a tougher US line against Iran, threatened to plunge US-Israeli relations into crisis and add pressure on Obama in the final stretch of a tight presidential election campaign.

Wembley: On the night a breeze of change blew through the England side, they were winded by the failure to take all three points under the Wembley arch.
The ever-reliable Frank Lampard spared the Three Lions’ blushes with an emphatic 87th minute penalty following some late pressure from Roy Hodgson’s team.
But, it failed to dispel the impression that they had been taught a lesson in technique and passing by their visitors.
The difference between the teams was Yevgeni Konoplianka, the Ukraine No.10, who not only scored a peach of a goal in the 38th minute from around 30 yards but caused panic in the hosts’ jittery defence every time he bombed forward down the left flank.
